Hard Rock Cafe

You know it, you love it, you hate it, you want it. I am actually wondering whether I should just live this post blank or write.

I assume everybody knows something about Hard Rock Cafe, but I am afraid that the general impression is "expensive, snobbish place" while it should be tradition. When Hard Rock Cafe Bucharest was first opened, it was assaulted by teenage rock enthusiasts that were highly disappointed. And I don't blame them, they were probably expecting to actually buy something with 5 RON.

Despite the hateful waves of comments that appeared on the internet after this, HRC managed to attract faithful clients who know and respect its value; because it is not only a restaurant or a cafe, but a museum. A museum of rock and of show-biz in general, the Cafe has on display items ranging from guitars of famous rock starts to their extravagant costumes. Having a drink in Hard Rock Cafe is like drinking with Mick Jagger himself.

While it might have spicy prices indeed (a beer is around 8 RON and the cocktails start from 19 RON), it is worth every single penny. And don't tell me you haven't seen these prices in other dull places downtown too, that really aren't worth it.

So get your wallets, Hard Rock Cafe Bucharest is a must. You wouldn't miss the largest Cafe in Europe now, would you?

Sumar: Scoate banii de la ciorap, pentru ca merita. Decat sa-ti iei un tricou din IDM, mai bine te culturalizezi la un Hurricane in HRC.
